friendly staff modern amenities historical capture
The staff were always ready to assist! they offered help without being asked which i appreciate. rooms captured the history of this place while having great modern amenities! i highly recommend this hotel. It's a gem!
the shower head seemed like it had never been replaced which i didn't like. it was the dirtiest shower head i have ever seen.

This location is a short walk from the train station and piazza roma! it's very charming. Room 114 is a good size, clean, airy. the beds were really comfortable!

charming stay near the canal!
canal view friendly staff ideal location
I appreciated the junior suite. It gave me a lovely grand canal view and the entire hotel was quite charming! the hotel is situated perfectly for exploring, i walked and took a water taxi. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
the front street could get a bit crowded, slightly annoying.

The room had excellent blackout curtains. This helped with restful sleep, and the included toiletries were very nice! a safe was available in the room for valuables.

the hotel is very close to the bus station, and travel from the airport was simple! it is easy to walk to many shops, cafes, and restaurants, providing numerous options for dining and shopping.

The hotel offers a water taxi service. I found it convenient for transport! there were tables outside the front, i enjoyed watching people pass by. luggage storage was available, allowing guests to explore without baggage.

fresh fruit good attitude poor design shower head
i booked a superior double room. breakfast included many fresh fruit choices. the staff answered all questions. they had a good attitude.
the shower head seems never replaced. the shower booth design made a mess. after the shower i was in the middle of pacific sea. cleanliness management was poor.
